Fans are encouraged to bring toiletry items and winter clothing to benefit the Bethesda Project & our partnership with YMCA. Bethesda Project is a nonprofit organization that supports adults experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.We're collecting the following items:

ADA SHUTTLE FROM I1 GARAGE:
We are pleased to offer a continuous ADA shuttle service from the I1 (Letter "i", Number One) Garage to Bartley Hall, located directly across from the Finneran Pavilion. This service will run throughout the game. There will be a red “shuttle” flag at the stop outside the garage doors to indicate your pick-up and drop-off point.

🚨 NEW ENTRANCE PROCEDURE: METAL DETECTORS
Villanova Athletics utilizes walkthrough metal detection screening for events at all access points, including the Davis Club entrance. Staff will visually conduct bag and metal detection inspections to identify prohibited items to ensure the safety of all guests. If the metal detector alarm sounds, guests will be subject to a secondary screening, which may slow entry into the venue. Any guest who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry. Click here to view prohibited items.

CONCESSIONS
Finneran Pavilion is cash-less! Customers will be able to use all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) to make purchases while in the arena.

📱 MOBILE ORDERING NOW AVAILABLE!
You can now place mobile orders at any of the concessions stands in the Finneran Pavilion. Follow the below steps to access via the Nova Athletics app or scan the QR codes in the arena and follow the prompts.

TO ORDER VIA THE NOVA ATHLETICS APP:

  1. Open the Nova Athletics app and click on the menu in the top left corner.
  2. From the menu, scroll to the bottom and select 'Concessions.'
  3. Choose where you would like to order from, select the items for purchase and click order now.
  4. You will receive a text message once your order is ready. Please proceed to the Concessions location and look for the ‘Order Pick Up,’ sign.

*For Chickie's & Pete's Orders, show the Ushers your confirmation page and head down to the pick up area in the Fitzgerald Club.

ADA accessible parking is available in the I1(Letter "I", Number One) parking garage. Fans are encouraged to enter the garage from N Ithan Ave with their Persons with Disabilities Placard visible.

DROP OFF + PICK UP
Fans may utilize the drop off and pick up zone across from the Finneran Pavilion off of N Ithan Ave, between Villanova Business School (Bartley) and Health Services Building.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER PARKING
If your package includes parking, parking passes are digital and accessible the same way as ALL-IN-1 mobile tickets. On gamedays at the Finneran Pavilion, fans can gain entry into their respective lots by showing their game-specific mobile parking pass.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Radnor Financial Center There will be shuttle service for all men’s basketball home contests that will make trips from the Radnor Financial Center – located at 150 N. Radnor Chester Road – to the Pavilion and back. This service will be continuous throughout the game and will begin (90) minutes pre-game and end (90) minutes post-game. The shuttle will drop patrons at the entrance to the Pavilion on Ithan Avenue.

MOBILE TICKETING

Villanova Athletics uses a mobile-only ticketing system for all Men’s Basketball games at the Finneran Pavilion and Wells Fargo Center.
Mobile ticketing offers fans a secure and convenient way to access and manage their tickets.

ACCESSING TICKETS
‣ Download the Nova Athletics App from the App Store or Google Play.
‣ Log into your account using the email address associated with your ticket purchase.
‣ Your tickets will be available in the app under the "My Tickets" section.
‣ Add your tickets to your mobile wallet for quick access on game day.

ON GAMEDAY
‣ Ensure your tickets are saved in your mobile wallet before arriving at the venue.
‣ Open your mobile wallet and present your ticket at the gate.
‣ Screenshots of tickets are not accepted—use the QR code directly from the app.

TICKET TRANSFERS
Can’t attend the game? Transfer your tickets to friends or family through the Nova Athletics app. Transfers must be completed prior to the event.

TO TRANSFER TICKETS:

  1. Sign in to your Villanova Athletic Ticket account within the Nova Athletics mobile app or online at villanova.com/MyAccount
  2. Select the event and specific seat locations you would like to transfer.
  3. Enter either the mobile phone number or email address of the recipient.
  4. You will be sent a confirmation once the transfer is completed.

TO ACCEPT A TICKET TRANSFER:

  1. Recipient will receive a text message or email with a link to accept the transfer.
  2. Click the link in the message and login to your existing Villanova Athletics Ticket Office account, or create a new account.
  3. Accept the transfer and add tickets to digital wallet.

Mobile Ticketing Troubleshooting Guide

If your tickets appear greyed out, this may indicate that they’ve been voided or need to be reprinted. Please contact Premium Seating to assist with reprinting.

We experienced a temporary system issue with SeatGeek, which has since been resolved. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to SeatGeek support. We appreciate your patience!

Wells Fargo Center tickets for package holders will be sent closer to the first game in January. Be on the lookout for our “Know Before You Go” email series for details on receiving and accessing these tickets.

If you’re having trouble transferring tickets, please walk through the steps carefully, as most issues are due to user error. However, if you need help, contact Premium Seating, and they’ll guide you through the transfer process.

Ensure your phone has an active internet connection (data or Wi-Fi), that it is turned on in your phone's settings for your digital wallet app, and that your digital wallet app is installed and set up. Open your DIGITAL WALLET app directly to confirm it’s functioning correctly before trying to add your tickets.

This can happen if the ticket has already been transferred to another user. The ticket in your digital wallet will be void though, and automatically updated to the next game after the event has passed. Double-check your account to ensure you’re accessing the correct tickets.

Yes. If you’re using a different email for your digital wallet than the email on your ticketing account, make sure you’re logged into both accounts with the correct email. This can sometimes cause access issues.

UPDATED 2024-2025 BAG POLICY
Villanova Athletics will allow clear bags inside the venue in accordance with NCAA event guidelines, and best security practices.
Fanny packs, hand clutches, wristlets and small purses that do not exceed 5”x7” are permitted as well as clear bags measuring 12”x6”x12”.

Tees for Threes

When the Wildcats hit a three pointer, be on the look out for flying t-shirts all season long! Presented by Friends of Nova.

Federal Donuts

When an opposing player misses two consecutive free throws in the second half, all fans in attendance can go to a participating Federal Donuts & Chicken to receive a FREE cup of FedNuts Minis!

Shake Shack

When the ‘Cats hit 70 points during any game, fans unlock a FREE SHACKBURGER the next day with purchase at any Philly-area Shake Shack using their ticket from the game!
